The Philadelphia County Advisory Council to Host Hall of Fame Tribute Dinner in Collaboration with the Foundation for Catholic Education

The evening will honor three champions of Catholic education: Most Reverend Michael J. Fitzgerald, Auxiliary Bishop Emeritus of Philadelphia, Mr. Anthony Naccarato, and Ms. Patricia Cody.

The Philadelphia County Advisory Council, in collaboration with the Foundation for Catholic Education, will host a Hall of Fame Tribute Dinner to honor three dedicated champions of Catholic Education in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

  • Most Reverend Michael J. Fitzgerald, Auxiliary Bishop Emeritus of Philadelphia, who oversaw Catholic Education as part of his pastoral and administrative responsibilities in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and former Co-Chair of the Executive Board of Elementary Education;
  • Anthony Naccarato, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of O’Donnell & Naccarato and former Chair of the Philadelphia County Advisory Council; and
  • Patricia Cody, Principal of Our Lady of Hope Regional School in South Philadelphia and dedicated Catholic school educator with over 40 years of faithful service.

The Hall of Fame Tribute Dinner will include live entertainment by The Philly Pops accompanied by Eddie Bruce.

The Philadelphia County Advisory Council in partnership with the Foundation for Catholic Education works to strengthen Catholic schools by supporting enrollment and providing tuition assistance.

During the 2025-2026 school year, the Foundation for Catholic Education has raised more than $14.5 million, including over $2.7 million directly benefiting students in Philadelphia County.

Background Information on the Foundation for Catholic Education

Founded in 2010, the Foundation for Catholic Education is a not-for-profit organization supporting the Executive Board of Elementary Education and the County Advisory Councils throughout the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. The five county Advisory Councils include: Bucks County; Chester County; Delaware County; Montgomery County; and Philadelphia County. The Advisory Councils work with the Executive Board of Elementary Education and the Office of Catholic Education to develop local strategies and fundraising efforts for parish and regional elementary schools within each county.
