Nutritional Development Services of The Archdiocese of Philadelphia to Hold Free Food Distribution Event in Delaware County For Those Facing Food Insecurity
Nutritional Development Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia (NDS) will distribute free family meals in Delaware County to those in need and facing food insecurity.
Saturday, December 19, 2020
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Chester Community Charter School (East Campus Parking Lot)
East 5th Street and Crosby Street
Chester, PA 19013
NDS will also provide free student meal boxes for children and youth who are attending school virtually and not receiving school meals. Each box will contain seven breakfasts and seven lunches along with milk. This relief effort is especially critical for families with virtual students who cannot get to an NDS sponsored meal site during the week.
NDS will offer a contactless drive-through distribution following all social distancing guidelines. No registration, ID, or qualifications are required. The distribution is while supplies last. Cars are asked to enter through the parking lot located off 5th Street and proceed to the East Campus parking lot.
