In July 2025, The Friends of Father Judge High School, Inc. (The Friends) announced a $500,000 commitment from Mr. James J. Anderson ’68, Founder and President of James J. Anderson Construction Co., Inc., to establish the James J. Anderson ’68 Atrium in the newly constructed Career Pathways Academy building.

The Career Pathways Academy building is dedicated to delivering Career & Technical Education (CTE) curriculum in high priority occupations that are in demand in today’s workforce. The Elliott-Lewis Mechanical Services Institute recently joined the Connelly Welding Lab and the Faulkner Automotive Institute as flagship programs offered to students.

The CTE initiative provides students at the school with the academic and technical skills, knowledge, and training necessary to succeed in future careers while continuing to strive to become lifelong learners.  For more information about the CTE curriculum, please visit.

Established in May 2002, The Friends is a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation with Officers and Directors who fundraise on behalf of Father Judge High School. All funds raised by this organization are managed and securely designated for use at the school. Since its formation, The Friends have invested over $17 million to make improvements to the school campus, provide financial aid, and fund academic programs that complement the traditional curriculum.

Father Judge High School was founded in 1954. The all-boys school is dedicated to educating its students’ minds and souls in the spirit of Saint Francis de Sales. For more information visit fatherjudge.com/.
