The new initiative will provide NEFSC’s Parenting and Pregnancy Program clients with the opportunity to earn “baby bucks” to purchase care items in the Baby Boutique. Items will include clothing, diapers, wipes, toys, books, blankets, bottles, feminine hygiene products, and more.
The event will include pregnancy and parenting education, raffles, and light refreshments. NEFSC staff and clients will be joined by Mrs. Heather Huot, Secretary for Catholic Human Services.
NEFSC is the first point of contact for individuals, families, and parishes seeking assistance in Northeast Philadelphia. The center offers comprehensive services such as counseling, mentoring, education assistance, adoption counseling, and enrollment in benefit programs, as well as providing prenatal and parenting support groups.
