Ms. Jamie Clendening, Ms. Wheelchair Pennsylvania 2026, will visit clients served by Catholic Charities of Philadelphia’s (CCoP) Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD). CCoP’s IDD Services include Saint Edmond’s Home for Children and The Communities of Don Guanella and Divine Providence.

Background Information about Jamie Clendening

Ms. Jamie Clendening is from Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. She was born with Spina Bifida and Scoliosis before becoming a T-10 incomplete paraplegic following a tethered cord release surgery on her spine. Ms. Clendening is a certified peer mentor and regional champion advocate through the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation. She also runs the online resource and support group, “I Can and I Wheel!”
