In January 2024, the school unveiled a $3 million fundraising campaign called Soaring to New Heights. This initiative was launched to address priority needs identified in the school’s strategic plan and has been a major funding source for the new center.

Mrs. Teresa Dellicompagni, President of Bishop Shanahan High School, Mrs. Beth Harper Briglia, Bishop Shanahan High School Board Chair, and other members of the Soaring to New Heights campaign will offer brief remarks to kick-off the celebration. Representatives from the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the Connelly Foundation, BSHS, Warfel Construction, and Corbett Inc. will be present. Following the blessing and dedication of the IHM Center a ribbon cutting will take place.

In addition, student representatives who participate in the STEM program; DECA, the school’s business club; and members of the Student Council Executive Board will also be present. Tours of the IHM Center for Innovation and Creativity will be available.
