Bringing young men and their families closer to seminary life

During the month of April, over 50 parochial and private Catholic elementary schools and Archdiocesan High Schools throughout the five-county region will participate in one or more “Showcases of Excellence.” Showcases will be held at Archdiocesan high schools in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.  They will highlight the strong academic and fine arts programs in Catholic elementary and special education schools throughout the five-county Archdiocese.

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is pleased to announce it has renewed a unique partnership with Villanova University’s Center for Church Management to offer an innovative two-year, online Master of Science in Church Management degree designed to provide students with a high-level skill set in effective church management.

Catholic Housing and Community Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia (CHCS) has received a $30,000 grant through a partnership with Catholic Charities USA (CCUSA) to help eligible senior citizens enroll in the federal government’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
