World Meeting of Families—Philadelphia 2015 Provides Update on Tickets for Pope Francis’ Remarks at Independence Hall

Philadelphia, PA (September 8, 2015) – The World Meeting of Families –Philadelphia 2015 update regarding ticket availability for Pope Francis’ remarks at Independence Hall.

10,000 tickets were made available online for this event beginning today at 12:00 p.m. EST.  Tickets were available on a first come, first served basis and individuals were limited to four (4) tickets per person.  There was absolutely no cost associated with these tickets.  

Reservations for all 10,000 tickets were placed within 2 minutes and the website experienced 394,000 unique pages views during that time.

As noted previously, 10,000 tickets for the Festival of Families and 10,000 tickets for the Papal Mass on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway will be made available online tomorrow, September 9th. Additional details regarding the reservation process will be shared later today.
