Neumann Goretti to recognize any former football players and cheerleaders who participated in the traditional Thanksgiving Day Game in years past.
Saints John Neumann and Maria Goretti Catholic High School (Neumann Goretti) will play Southern (South Philadelphia High School) in a Thanksgiving Day Football Game.

During halftime, Neumann Goretti will recognize any former football players and cheerleaders in attendance this year who participated in the traditional Neumann vs. Southern Thanksgiving Day Football Game.
Last year, Neumann Goretti and Southern revived the now 88-year-old tradition of a Thanksgiving Day Football Game. It is the longest running Catholic vs. Public Thanksgiving high school football game in the history of the city.
