Saint Cecilia Parish School, located in the Fox Chase section of Philadelphia, will host its 43^rd annual Walk-a-Thon to support its STREAM program. This year’s event will specifically benefit the Technology component of that program with the goal of raising $25,000 to purchase new Chromebooks for students.

Over 500 students in Pre-K to 8^th grade will participate in the Walk-a-Thon.

Prior to the event, students will attend Mass at Saint Cecilia Church.  Reverend Christopher Walsh, Pastor of Saint Cecilia Parish, will be the celebrant.

The route for the Walk-a-Thon is from Saint Cecilia Parish School, west on Rhawn Street, to Elberon Avenue to the entrance of the Fox Chase Lorimer Trail.

This fall, Saint Cecilia Parish School will celebrate its 100^th anniversary. To commemorate this milestone, students had the opportunity to submit artwork that will be printed on t-shirts they will wear for the walk. For information about Saint Cecilia Parish School, please visit scsfoxchase.org/
