Brandon Saho, former sports reporter, turned mental health advocate will also speak to students.
Ryan Quigley, a member of Lansdale Catholic High School’s Class of 2016, will visit his alma mater in Lansdale (Montgomery County) and address students about his experiences as a survivor of the terror attack in New Orleans, Louisiana on January 1, 2025.
Ryan will share his personal story about the loss of his best friend, co-worker, and former Princeton University football teammate, Tiger Bech. He is committed to sharing about Bech’s life and perspective and also about where he has drawn his own strength to persevere.

Prior to Ryan’s address to the school community, students will hear from Brandon Saho, a former sports reporter who is now a mental health advocate. Brandon will give a presentation on “The Mental Game.”
During Ryan’s time at Lansdale Catholic, he was a three-sport athlete. He played football, basketball, and baseball for four years. As a football player, Ryan was a two-time MVP of the Philadelphia Catholic League as running back, wide receiver and punt returner, and a two-time first-team All-Catholic League running back and defensive back. He helped lead the Crusaders to the PCL Championship game.
