Queen of Angels Regional Catholic School to Observe Veterans Day with Mass and Reception in Appreciation of Those Who Have Served in the United States Armed Forces

Queen of Angels Regional Catholic School in Willow Grove (Montgomery County) will observe Veterans Day with Mass followed by a reception focused on appreciation for those who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Veterans and active military personnel who are family members of current students will walk with the children in a procession prior to Mass. In addition, members of the local VFW and American Legion have been invited to attend.

Following Mass, the school will hold a reception. Students will perform musical selections traditionally associated with each branch of the United States Armed Forces. During November, students have the opportunity to bring in a picture of someone who is currently serving in the military to be displayed on the Wall of Honor in the school’s gymnasium.
