Bishop Chylinski will bless the entire school community and the new middle school lounge.
Most Reverend Keith J. Chylinski, the Auxiliary Bishop of Philadelphia who oversees Catholic education in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, will visit Saint Maximilian Kolbe Parish School in West Chester (Chester County) and celebrate Mass for the parish and members of the middle school community. Reverend Christopher J. Papa, Pastor, will concelebrate.

Following Mass, the entire school community will gather in the multi-purpose room to be blessed by Bishop Chylinski.
In addition, Bishop will bless the new middle school lounge. Each year the school’s graduating class is asked to make a donation to Saint Maximilian Kolbe in their name. The Class of 2025 donated the middle school lounge furniture. A plaque in the new space which provides a place for students to assemble says, “to gather, relax, and grow together.”
Bishop Chylinski will also meet students and tour Saint Maximilian Kolbe Parish School.
Andrew McLaughlin, Ed.D., Secretary for Elementary Education for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, and Bernadette Doughtery, Assistant Superintendent for Elementary Education for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, will also be present.
