Martha’s Choice Marketplace and Community Farm, a ministry of Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, will partner with the John James Audubon Center at Mill Grove to host a multi-site celebration for Pollinator Week.

The outdoor event will include tours around the farm, soil block and seed ball making, a pollinator scavenger hunt, and a pop-up pollinator plant sale. Workshops on how to build a hummingbird feeder and the health benefits of pollen will also be available.
About Pollinator Week
Organized by The Pollinator Partnership, Pollinator Week recognizes the importance of pollinators and the effect they have on the world’s ecosystems, economies, and agriculture. Pollinators are central to sustainable food systems and depend on native plants, which in turn contribute to healthy soil and clean water.
