Catholic Social Services to Host Welcome Luncheon For Newcomers Served Through Immigration Service Programs

Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia (CSS) is hosting a welcome luncheon for newly arrived individuals and families through its Immigration Service Programs.

Around 150 guests will be in attendance including approximately 100 newcomers as well as program supporters, staff, and volunteers.

The event will include games, raffles, and light refreshments. In addition, CSS staff will be in attendance to connect families to various resources.

CSS provides comprehensive assistance to refugees, evacuees, and asylum seekers emigrating to the United States and to the Philadelphia region. Services include housing resources, assistance with benefits, employment searches, cultural orientation, and connection to mental health resources.
