The Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul, the Mother Church of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, will dedicate its newly refurbished Queen of the Apostles Garden to honor the life and work of Reverend Monsignor James J. Howard.

Yesterday, it was announced by the Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN) that Archbishop Charles J. Chaput, O.F.M. Cap. will be the principal celebrant of the Funeral Mass for Mother Mary Angelica, P.C.P.A., the network’s founder.

Mother Angelica was one of the great American Catholics of the past half-century, a woman of extraordinary faith, intelligence, energy and determination.
