Casa del Carmen Preschool Academy, a ministry of Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, will mark the end of the 2022-2023 academic year by honoring 46 preschool graduates and their families with a special in-person graduation celebration. In recent years, the in-person celebration was on hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Each graduate will wear a cap and gown to receive their diploma, award certificates, and a gift bag filled with essential kindergarten supplies. Students will also have the opportunity to take pictures with their families and teachers.

Casa del Carmen Preschool Academy has served the Latino community of North Philadelphia for over 25 years. Located in the Hunting Park neighborhood of the City, the preschool provides high-quality, bilingual, full-service, early childhood education to prepare children between the ages of three and five for the next step in their education. Casa del Carmen Preschool Academy is a PHLpreK and PreK Counts, Keystone Stars 4 program, and licensed by the Department of Human Services.
