The Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s Office for the New Evangelization will host its 9th Annual Catholic Women’s Conference with a day of fun, friendship, faith formation and prayer centered on the theme, “The Joys of Womanhood, Sacred, Beloved, & Beautiful.”
Saturday, October 19, 2024
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa
654 Ferry Road
Doylestown, PA
This unique gathering is designed to benefit all Catholic women – married, single, and consecrated. The mission of the conference is three-fold: to invite women into a personal and transformative encounter with Jesus Christ; to form women in the truth about their feminine genius; and to equip women to be a leaven for the world as they live out their feminine gifts in service to their family, their Church and society.
The day will begin with morning Mass celebrated by Most Reverend Christopher R. Cooke, Auxiliary Bishop of Philadelphia. Bishop Cooke will also deliver the morning keynote address in Spanish. Father Stephen DeLacy, Vicar for the Office for Faith Formation of Youth and Young Adults, will deliver the morning keynote address in English.
The afternoon session will feature Karla Amezcua, a consecrated woman of Regnum Christi, delivering the keynote in Spanish. Emily Wilson, international speaker and author, will offer the keynote in English. Katie Locus, consultant for the Deaf Ministry for the Archdiocese in Kansas City, will offer her address in ASL.
Breakout sessions will allow participants to choose from four dynamic speakers.
Lunch in a choice of two sessions plus breaks during the day and the closing prayer service with exposition of the Blessed Sacrament will round out the conference.
