Reverend Kevin J. Gallagher, Pastor of Saint Dennis Parish in Havertown (Delaware County) will be the main celebrant and homilist for the Saint Patrick’s Day Observance Mass. The Philadelphia Emerald Society Pipe Band will lead a procession from Saint Patrick Parish Rectory to the Church at 9:00 a.m.
