Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez will celebrate Mass for 120 students attending Camp Caritas 2021 at Monsignor Bonner & Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School (Bonner & Prendie) in Drexel Hill (Delaware County). The students are incoming 7th graders preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.

Camp Caritas is a faith formation summer camp taking place Monday, June 21-Friday, June 25, 2021. Students will spend the week with a small group of students led by a catechist and will participate in interactive activities, guest speaker presentations, acts of service, catechism lessons, and daily Mass.
In addition, each day has a daily theme. The theme for Wednesday, June 23rd is We Are Called.
Prior to Archbishop Pérez celebrating Mass, the students will hear from a vocations panel including Father Stephen DeLacy, recently appointed head of the newly formed Archdiocesan Office for Faith Formation for Youth and Young Adults and former Director of the Vocation Office for the Diocesan Priesthood; Brother Arturo Martinez, FSC, Associate Director of Vocations for the District of Eastern North America, a community of 240 Brothers of the Christian Schools; Mr. Tom Elitz, SJ, Coordinator of Campus Ministry and Mathematics Teacher at The Jesuit College Preparatory School for Northeastern Pennsylvania; Sister Marianne Therese Lallone, I.H.M., Vocations Director for the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary; and Miss Alexis Reavill, Postulant, Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The discussion will explore the theme of how each individual is called to serve the Church.
