Archbishop Chaput to Ordain Rev. Mr. Thomas O’Donald to the Priesthood

Born in Darby, Rev. Thomas O’Donald has been serving as a deacon at Saint Philip Neri Church Lafayette Hill, PA (Montgomery County). He attended Saint Aloysius Academy and Monsignor Bonner High School in Drexel Hill. He received his Bachelor, Master of Divinity and Master of Art Degrees at Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary.

There are four men from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in the Ordination Class of 2016. Each of the newly ordained priests will be assigned to an Archdiocesan parish where they will serve as parochial vicars. A parochial vicar is a priest appointed by the Archbishop to assist the pastor of a parish.
