Children from throughout the Archdiocese of Philadelphia will perform in a concert as the culmination of the two-day children’s music camp being hosted at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul, Cantate Domino.

These young performers will showcase a selection of vocal pieces from a standard sacred repertoire learned at camp.

Participation in the Cantate Domino camp is open to children aged 7-15. Children will have encountered a unique musical experience where they were introduced to sacred repertoire, in addition to learning about vocal technique, vowel formation, choral tone, sight singing and music theory. Children who attend the camp will also have the opportunity to audition for the Archdiocesan Children’s Choir.
