Archbishop Chaput encourages the clergy and faithful of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia to pray with the Bishops of the United States to end abortion January 21–29, 2020. The “9 Days for Life” novena spans the March for Life and can be a way to participate spiritually with thousands of pilgrims from the Archdiocese who will travel to Washington, DC on Friday, January 24. The Annual Archdiocesan Mass Honoring the Gifts of Persons with Disabilities, The Deaf Community, Family, Friends and Caregivers is Sat., March 21, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul at 18th and Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Phila.  Archbishop Charles J. Chaput, O.F.M. Cap., will be the principal celebrant and homilist. A reception follows the Mass.  All are welcome. Mothers of Children with Disabilities Retreat

Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at Malvern Retreat House, David and Mercedes Rizzo, will lead a retreat for mothers and grandmothers who are raising children with disabilities and also those who have adult children with disabilities.
