Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls to Install New President, Mrs. Kristie Hughes Dugan `92

Over 400 members of the Little Flower community will be present for the installation Mass.

Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls (Little Flower) in Hunting Park will celebrate the installation of its new president, Mrs. Kristie Hughes Dugan `92, with Mass. Reverend Joseph C. McCaffrey, Director of Mission and Ministry at Little Flower, will be the principal celebrant.

Over 400 members of the Little Flower community will be present for Mass including students, teachers, administrators, and alumnae.

In June 2022, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s Office of Catholic Education announced Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez’s, appointment of Mrs. Dugan as President of Little Flower. She is a Philadelphia native and a member of the Class of 1992.

Mrs. Dugan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Immaculata University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Holy Family University. Prior to returning to her alma mater, she spent 17 years at Northwood Academy Charter School as Chief Operating Officer and served as interim Chief Executive Officer for the 2021- 2022 academic year.
