Archdiocese of Philadelphia to Participate in Pilgrimage to the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception

Faithful throughout the Archdiocese of Philadelphia are invited to participate in a Pilgrimage to the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. in honor of Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament.

The pilgrimage will begin with the praying of the Holy Rosary and a brief Penance Service followed by a Procession and Crowing of the Statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Most Reverend Nelson J. Pérez, Archbishop of Philadelphia, will serve as the principal celebrant and homilist at the Solemn Mass at 2:30 p.m.
