Saint Martin de Porres Parish, which is located in the neighborhood where Philadelphia Police Officer Robert Wilson III was fatally shot in the line of duty, will remember his life and service in prayer.

The remembrance at the parish is not an official memorial service, but rather a prayerful expression of sympathy for those mourn Officer Wilson’s loss and gratitude for the service of law enforcement officers in the community.

A special collection will be taken during the course of the Mass to benefit Officer Wilson’s children.
