Saint Monica Manor of Catholic Health Care Services is owned and operated by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. It is a 180 bed nursing facility located in the heart of South Philadelphia. Saint Monica Manor provides long term care for the elderly.

Along with meeting the physical needs of the residents, Saint Monica Manor provides for their religious and spiritual needs. Its Pastoral Care Team offers a range of spiritual programs and opportunities including Mass, Rosary and the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Eucharistic Ministers visit residents to offer Holy Communion and prayer. The new Saint Monica Manor Chapel furthers this effort and provides a space for prayer and reflection for the residents.
