Ordination will take place during the Mass, following the homily. Those being ordained are: Rev. Mr. Armand D. Garcia, Rev. Mr. Richard K. McFadden Jr., Rev. Mr. Augustus C. Puleo, Rev. Mr. Bernard J. Taglianetti and Rev. Mr. Robert C. Yetman. All have completed studies at Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary in Wynnewood.

The average age of the class of 2005 is 34. Three of the five being ordained are from the Norristown area, one from Cherry Hill, NJ and one a native of the Philippines. Rev. Mr. Taglianetti worked as a computer programmer and Rev. Mr. Puleo was a university-level Spanish professor. Rev. Mr. Garcia earned a college degree in Manila, Philippines, before moving to Havertown. Rev. Mr. McFadden and Rev. Mr. Yetman are products of Catholic education, graduating from Kennedy-Kenrick High School in Norristown and Paul VI High School in Haddonfield, NJ, respectively.

Editor's Note: Black and white photos of the ordination candidates are available by e-mailing or calling the Office for Communications at 215-587-3747. Video cameras will not be permitted in the Cathedral during the Mass. Reporters and still cameras, with very limited movement, will be allowed. There will be a mult-box feed (audio and video) provided outside the Cathedral. Television/radio crews will need a BNC connector and recording deck.
