Men And Women From The Communities Of Don Guanella And Divine Providence Join In Prayerful Solidarity To Remember Family And Friends

For the second consecutive year, The Communities of Don Guanella and Divine Providence (DGV/DPV) will host a prayer service to remember DGV/DPV staff, residents, and family members who passed away since November 2016. DGV/DPV are part of the Development Programs Division of Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia serving men and women with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Springfield, PA 19064 (Delaware County)

Reverend Dennis Weber and Sister Mary Veasy will preside over the prayer service which approximately 75 men and women from DGV/DPV along with their families and staff will attend. Family members will be invited to place candles around the altar as a symbol of remembrance. A light reception will follow the conclusion of the service.
