The City of Philadelphia’s Division of Housing and Community Development recently selected Catholic Health Care Services and the Office for Community Development to receive $2 million in funding for the development of Saint Rita Place, an affordable housing community for independent seniors.

Thus the wave of public anger about white nationalist events in Charlottesville this weekend is well warranted. We especially need to pray for those injured in the violence.
