Organized by the Archdiocesan Office for Life and Family, the Respect Life Sunday Mass is a celebration of the Church’s pro-life teachings. The Office for Life and Family promotes life through education, advocacy and pastoral care programs.

The Mass will also kick-off the fall 40 Days for Life campaign. 40 Days for Life is an international effort to end abortion through prayer, fasting and community outreach. Following the conclusion of Mass, faithful will have the opportunity to sign up for prayer vigils that will be held at locations throughout the five-county Archdiocese.
